Organic Oolong Loose-Leaf Teas
Falling midway in the oxidation process between a green and a black tea, oolongs possess a subtle, fresh flavor with greater body and strength than a green tea. Because they are oxidized longer than green teas, they contain a higher caffeine content and fuller flavor, and brew somewhat darker in the cup. Click Here To Order
Organic White Loose-Leaf Teas
Thought to have more health benefits than even green tea, white tea undergoes the least processing of the various types of tea. Utilizing only the unopened bud and top two leaves of the tea plant, white teas get their unusual color from a delicate white "down" that forms on the bud and leaves. After picking, the tea is allowed to wither, but is not steamed. A baking process arrests the normal oxidation that occurs in green, oolong and black teas, so that white tea has less caffeine than even green tea. A flavorful brew with a slight "chocolatey" flavor. Organic Decaffeinated Loose-Leaf Teas

Organic Red Teas
Rooibos (also called redbush) and Honeybush, although from different plants, share many of the same characteristics, including their red color in the cup, a certain tea-like character, no caffeine, and potent health benefits. Red Teas contain an abundance of potassium, calcium and magnesium, and other vitamins and minerals. More importantly, both Rooibos and Honeybush have virtually no tannins, allowing along brewing time to develop intense flavor in the cup.
